Establishment and Registration of NGO

Non-governmental organizations, also known by the acronym NGO, are associations of the third sector of our society, that operates with non-profit purposes for public and develop actions in different areas and which generally mobilize public opinion and the support from the population to change certain aspects of society.

In Tete and Cabo Delgado, there are already a large number of NGOs. Our law firm has been providing registration services of such NGO’s and permanent legal support.
